The purpose of the course is to enable the nurse/physician/pharmacist to gain greater understanding of the physician of the role of evolutionary perspectives in human and animal health, including in relation to infectious disease, the microbiome, early life experiences, cancer, mental health, and neurodegenerative diseases.
