To provide a day of cystic fibrosis specific education to patients, families, caregivers and other medical professionals

Target Audience

Patients, families, caregivers, medical professionals (MD, RN, ARNP, PT, RT, PharmD, SW, RD, PA)

Learning Objectives

Understand the implications of CFTR-targeted triple therapy on CF care and outcomes

Examine the potential impact of CFTR-targeted therapies on disease trajectory, pulmonary and extra-pulmonary manifestations of CF

Understand new potential therapies for CF

Explore multidisciplinary ways to meet the mental health needs of people with CF

Understand food insecurity and its impacts on people with CF

Appreciate the psychosocial, financial, emotional burdens of the entire trajectory of CF from diagnosis to progression and lung transplantation
