You are required to complete this pre-registration questionnaire as part of registration for the event.  You will complete this pre-requisite only ONE TIME for the entire duration of the webinar series.  If you are a  new learner, attending a webinar, the system will prompt you to complete the pre-requisite before you register.  The information captured will provide the Defense Centers of Excellence with additional information on learner profiles to ensure appropriate credits are awarded.

• Once you have completed the "Pre-Registration Questionnaire", DO NOT click on Return to Course, click on the appropriate link of the webinar you registering for, which will return you to the course landing page. 
• Once you are on the course landing page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Take Course to complete the registration process.
• Upon completion of registration, a confirmation email will be sent providing webinar event details.
