Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1.      Describe at least 5 educational opportunities offered as part of the Duke Rheumatology fellowship

2.      Reflect on the concluding academic year and identify at least 2 additional opportunities for learning

3.      Critically evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of an academic rheumatology fellowship program

4.      Offer recommendations for program changes for the upcoming academic year
