Objectives

1. Appreciate the broad clinical expression of DADA2, and approaches to diagnosis and management

2. Understand differences in the structure and function of ADA1 and ADA2, and in the pathophysiology associated with their deficiencies

3. Asses current hypotheses regarding the pathogenesis of DADA2
