•Discuss an interesting (and challenging) case presentation of altered mental status in an adolescent
•Review Sjogren’s Syndrome in pediatric patients in comparison to adults
•Discuss catatonia and its varied clinical phenotype
•Define ECT and its current use within psychiatry
•Present our experiences with electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in several pediatric patients with autoimmune encephalitis (AE)
