Objectives:   discuss different guideline recommendations in regards to A1C, fructosamine, and other laboratory markers for hyperglycemia evaluation

                     Review transplant-specific studies and case reports on diagnostic accuracies of A1C and frutosamine

                     Apply knowledge on how recovering organ function and transplant medications may impact evaluation and management of diabetes.
