At the completion of the event, the learners will be abale to:
 
  • Identify advances in local anesthetics, multi-modal pain therapies to improve post-operative pain control for patients.
  • Learn about both new approaches to regional anesthetic techniques, and the advances in needle and ultrasound technologies to improve quality and safety of regional blocks. 
  • Identify challenging patients that may benefit from regional anesthesia, and unique approaches used to provide care.
