1.  Briefly review pharmacology, mechanism of action of hydroxychloroquine. 

2. Review the literature regarding hydroxychloroquine dose reduction and effect on disease activity in SLE. 

3. Propose and discuss feasibility of study based on our own experience with hydroxychloroquine dose reduction in setting of new AAO guidelines.
